A warm and cheerful ambiance

Inside the iconic Majorelle Gallery, Le Bar Italien is only Italian in name, on account of its proximity to the adjacent restaurant “L’Italien par Jean-Georges”.

With Pierre Hermé at the controls, it has the flavour of a refined bistro and a menu of small dishes to share – traditional blanquette de veau or a salad of crab, avocado and grapefruit – the chef revisits the great classics of the Parisian cafés, adding a pinch of inventiveness, his own personal touch.

Sweet tooths need not worry, his signature desserts complete this delightful and exciting menu. Lively and festive, Le Bar Italien gets going in the evening to the beat of the resident band, as our mixologists take centre stage. Working together, they serve up a delicious selection of Mediterranean cocktails that electrify the senses.

Our Bar Italien is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm.

Dresscode: An elegant dress code is required in all public areas. Wearing pairs of shorts is not allowed in bars and restaurants as from 6pm.
