All our Deluxe rooms sharing the same view communicate via the balcony or the terrace. In addition, for rooms communicating from the inside, we suggest the Executive suites with Deluxe rooms (facing the same vista).

How many different views does the hotel offer?

The hotel offers 4 views: a view over the residential neighbourhood “Hivernage”, the view of the “Koutoubia” mosque, a vista over the mythical gardens of La Mamounia and a view of the swimming pool.

Do you have rooms that can accommodate 3 adults?

We can suggest suites for 3 adults: the Hivernage Suite, the Park Suite, the Prestige Suite or one of our Duplex suites. These suites are furnished with a large double bed and a sofa-bed for the 3rd adult in the bedroom.

Do the bathrooms all have bathtubs?

All our units have bathrooms with a separate bathtub and shower.

Do you have rooms for smokers?

All our rooms are no-smoking. However, most of them have a balcony.

As a general rule, advance payment is not obligatory. A valid credit card is required for all bookings. To book a Signature Suite or a Riad, a deposit is required.

Do you offer a token gesture for special occasions?

Should your stay coincide with your birthday, it will be our pleasure to offer you a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake in your room. If your stay is in relation to your wedding anniversary, a bottle of champagne is offered.

Which payment methods and credit cards are accepted?

We accept payment in cash or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) but not by cheque.

Is my stay refundable?

Your stay may be refunded according to the terms of cancellation mentioned in your confirmation of stay.

We have an infirmary service from 8 am to 6 pm and a doctor can be called at all times.

The check-in is at 3 pm and the check-out at midday.

Can I arrive before check-in time?

We would be delighted to provide early access to your room, depending on availability. However, in order to guarantee this possibility, we recommend that you book the previous night.

Is it possible to arrange late departure?

It will be our pleasure to grant you late departure, depending on availability. Departure before 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the price of the room or suite and at 100% if you leave after 6 pm.

Is it possible to arrange early departure?

Early departures are invoiced at 100%.

Are children welcome at the hotel?

Children of all ages are welcome to stay at the hotel provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Can I invite a guest to my room? And to the swimming pool?

Guests of clients in residence are not authorised to access the rooms or use the pool.

Can I bring alcohol and food from outside into my room?

We allow up to two bottles of alcohol per room and per stay, however food is not allowed.

Can I leave luggage at the hotel before my planned arrival time or after my departure?

We offer baggage facilities to look after your luggage before your arrival or following check-out. Please contact our Concierge Services.

Do you impose a dress code? Standard attire? Can I wear trainers or sneakers when coming to drink tea?

An elegant dress code is required and shorts, Bermuda shorts and flip-flops are forbidden in public areas from 6 pm.

Do you provide a currency exchange service on site?

The exchange service is only available for clients in residence at the hotel.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Small dogs (less than 8 kilos) are allowed in the room and must be held on a lead in public areas. They are, however, only admitted to the Terrasse du bar Italien and Pavillon piscine.

Clients who do not reside at the hotel are welcome to visit the bars and restaurants at La Mamounia. However, an elegant dress code is required and shorts are not allowed after 6 pm. It is recommended that you book in advance.

Non-resident guests may make bookings in the restaurants at La Mamounia depending on availability.

What is the capacity of the plenary room?

The plenary room at La Mamounia is the Grand Salon. A 450 m² multifunctional room with a capacity of 350 people in theatre layout, up to 140 in school layout, up to 220 in banquet layout and 400 people for a cocktail.
