Health charter and safety measures

Everyone at La Mamounia is grateful for the confidence that our customers place in our ability to welcome them in the best health protection conditions following the Covid 19 pandemic.

For your convenience, we have put together the main actions implemented throughout the hotel.

A temperature control is carried out on all resident and non-resident customers accessing the hotel and on all employees.
Our team wear respiratory protection masks as well as suitable protective equipment that are changed frequently.

Employees operating on the floors use new protective equipment before accessing each room.

All contact points in public areas such as door handles, elevator controls, counters, furniture, handrails, etc. are cleaned and disinfected continuously throughout the day. These practices are also implemented in rooms at the time of day service and turndown. In addition, the rooms are completely disinfected after each departure.

Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are available in rooms as well as in public areas such as entrances, lobby, elevator halls and public toilets.

Sprayers equipped with professional disinfection products are used to disinfect hotel entrances, staff entrance and various public areas.

The restaurants as well as the relaxation areas in the lobby have been redesigned in order to comply with social distancing requirements.

Strict cleaning and disinfection protocols are applied by our teams working in our kitchens, restaurants, in-room dining, business center and meeting areas with hand cleaning and disinfection performed before each service or before any contact with food.

Comprehensive and updated checklists detailing professional cleaning and disinfection products to be used by area are used and strictly controlled.

Any equipment or material received is disinfected before it enters the hotel grounds.

Our cars are disinfected after each use, as well as the luggage before entering the hotel.

We thank all our guests for wearing a respiratory protection mask in all public areas within the hotel. We also thank them for strictly respecting the health and distancing procedures indicated by our employees, in the interest of all.

If one of our clients or employees presents specific medical symptoms, we will immediately facilitate appropriate medical assistance.

A detailed quarantine procedure has been established if a guest or an employee is diagnosed positive for Covid 19.

In order to ensure that all these standards and protocols are always observed, our property has a dedicated Hygiene Manager and each department also has a manager responsible for monitoring these procedures daily.

Our guests have welcomed the measures we take for their safety with satisfaction. All our employees have tested negative. They have been trained in these new procedures and look forward to welcoming you back to La Mamounia in the very safest conditions.
